'SimpleMinnowThicket' was born out of a single vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our eatery began as a quaint, family-owned venture that prides itself on generational secret recipes.
The pioneer, Marco Rossi, acquired her pizza-crafting skills by apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the pizza's origin. Returning to the UK, her mission was to replicate that Neapolitan authenticity, using original techniques and primo ingredients.
What started as a humble location with just a dozen seats has risen to be a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our dedication to craftsmanship and genuine taste stands firm. We persist in baking with wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough freshly each day, and selecting ingredients of the highest caliber.
Today, 'SimpleMinnowThicket' is still in the hands of the Rossi family's succeeding generation, steering a devoted team. Although we've adopted new technologies, at our core remains the aspiration to forge delectable, genuine pizzas that unify our customers.
